One of the most important things I will do as your coach is to help you develop compassion for yourself. We can be so hard on ourselves; it’s this very thing that is holding us back from a richer life and deeper connection with others and ourselves.
Getting to know who we really are is a daunting process at times. But it can also be wildly exciting and immensely fulfilling. I believe it to be one of the most important things we will ever undertake.
